Our CrossFit+ rubber tile is designed for areas specially where heavier weights are used, for a more flexible, better sound-protection flooring. It protects the subfloors from the impact of falling heavy weights. It also have a fall protection function of HIC=1,70m, so ideal for functional trainings on frames, racks indoor. It is a two layer product to provide the high flexibility, while having a smooth, aesthetic, easy-to-clean surface.
Checking the rubber tiles
Always make sure the rubber tiles are unfolty before installation.
It is important that the concrete base must be smooth, free of waves and pits, before installation.
Put down the rubber tiles on the floor/ground in the room and keep them on final room temperature for 24-48 hours to adapt, to reach their final sizes. (Important: it has to be final room temperature! Do not cut the tiles before this accomodation as they can shrink!)
Accurate measurement needed to reach tight joins. Rubber tiles are easy to cut with a jigsaw blade.
